Contemporary  Boho

A breath of organic elegance

This project is an exploration of "soft modernism." The goal was to strip away the stiffness of contemporary design and replace it with tactile warmth, creating a home that feels like a retreat but also has added artistic personality.

OBJECTIVE

My vision for this home was to harmonize the bohemian spirit of "more is more". I wanted to create a space that makes every corner feel like a curated discovery without losing the comfort of a true home.

Approach:

Architectural Softness: I utilized arched motifs and rounded silhouettes—from custom built-in shelving to curved mirrors—to break up the rigid lines of the room. This adds a sense of "grace" and flow that feels more inviting than traditional sharp edges.

Layered Tactility: The "Boho" soul comes through in the textures. I curated a mix of light-toned woods, woven rattan elements, and high-pile textiles. The focal point is how the textures and patterns compliment the solid colors.

A Sun-Drenched Palette: I leaned into a "Low-Contrast" color story. By using creamy whites, warm beiges, and muted clay tones, the space captures and bounces natural light, making the entire layout feel airy, open, and incredibly tranquil.
